These are sweet, indulgent and taste just like the holiday season. They are the perfect healthy indulgence that the whole family will love. The best part is they require no baking time – pop them in the fridge and they’re ready to go!
Measure out all ingredients for the balls (everything except the dark chocolate, which we will use to coat the balls). Place in a food processor or high powered blender until combined.
Roll into your desired sized ball and then roll in your favourite toppings. We like to make mini balls, at roughly 1 tbsp of mixture per ball. Melt squares of dark chocolate (we love 85%-90% Lindt) and drizzle over the balls.
These can be served straight away! Or store them in the fridge until you want to serve them. Enjoy!
