We’re challenging you to move your body in some way every single day in April. Remember though, this is not about pushing yourself to extremes: it’s about setting a positive new habit to make exercise an indispensable part of your daily routine. So go at your own pace and mix up your workouts. Some days maybe all you do is some gentle stretching or a long walk. It’s all about balance.
