Join our Very First Challenge!

We know it is really common to set health resolutions in January, but we want health to be something you experience ALL year round, not just for a few weeks a year. You deserve to feel the happiest, and healthiest all year round. We want you to have energy, feel strong and motivated every single day and make moving your body, looking after your mind, and eating well a part of your routine.

We know how easy it is to fall out of routine, and so we want you guys to inspire and motivate each other every day through Feb. When you have an awesome community around you working towards the same goal, it’s a lot easier to not give up! This challenge isn’t about our measurements or the number on the scales; it’s about starting our year off together the best way possible to set the tone for the rest of 2019.

What we want you to do…

Print off or save a digital copy of our challenge calendar and tick off some type of movement every day in Feb. Of course, it’s still important to take a couple of rest days too! On these days, we encourage you to take a gentle walk, do some stretching or even do a yoga sesh. The important thing is to move your body in some way each day in Feb.

For example, we would recommend doing 4-6 higher intensity sessions a week from the program i.e running, HIIT, boxing and strength, and a light session 1-3 days per week.

What else?

We want to say a massive well done to everyone who takes part, so we’ll be choosing a KIC Girl at random to win a prize pack worth over $1,000. The fine print…

This competition is open to KIC subscribers who take part in our Feb Challenge and post with #KICFIT on Instagram or in our Facebook Community. Your profile must be set to public if posting on Instagram for your entry to be valid. We will choose a winner at random on 1 March 2019. Good luck!
